Job Description : Role and Responsibilities
To strengthen our team in Abu Dhabi we are looking for a
Executive Assistant (m/f)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling of Managing Director EMEA: prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
Arrange and handle all logistics for Staff Meetings, Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; take minutes, draft agendas, develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials.
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Managing Director and the Executive Team members in EMEA Region.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
Lead the planning and the organisation of all regional trade shows and Major exhibitons in EMAE Region and work closely with the regional communication Manager with all activities internally and externally.
Organize meetings with senior and government officials and entities, liaise with government establishment, key customers, partners, as well as key stakeholders, internally and externally for EMEA Region.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business while natrually exposed to very high-level of confiditiality.
Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Skills and Experience:
Holder of Bachelore Degree is essential.
Holder of Masters in Business Administration or equivalent is an asset.
Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens.
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
Significant C-Level support experience of minimum 5 years
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including board members, senior executives, staff, and partners.
