Job Description : Looking for Front desk Receptionist (Female Only) with 4 years UAE experience and can speak Arabic Fluently. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the officeDirect visitors to the appropriate person and officeAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveriesMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.Making calls to customers for their outstanding balances.Make shorts videos and go live session on Facebook for marketing.Publishing videos on all platforms.Ensure that all clients are registered in company CRM.Reporting to HOD on daily basis.Language:English – fluentArabic – fluentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):Are you ready to work in splits shift?Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Receptionist: 4 years (Preferred)Language:Arabic (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Night Shift (Preferred)
