Job Description : We are recruiting for two experienced female or male receptionists to join a Sports Science and Wellness clinic, as well as a State-of-the art High Performance Facility. This role is a full time position with a basic salary, employment visa, medical insurance, 30 days paid leave, free use of the gym during off-peek hours and 50% off in-house services.
Responsibilities:
Admin:All computer work – word, excel, power point.Client registration, scheduling and bookings in our booking appsInsurance claims fillingInventory trackingSupplier managementDaily accounting – closing the accounts, petty cash management
Communication and Management:Excellent client communication – able to explain as well as promote services:Clinic: able to discuss therapies and treatments,Lab: able to explain the gym and recovery equipment (employee will of course be trained on that)Able to run in person promotions during events days – talk to potential clients about our servicesAble to assist clients with automated recovery services and operates automated equipment (this will be based on a training)
Qualifications and requirements:Skilled in all admin works5 years experience
Excellent communicatorHave fitness / sports background and interest
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, actively look for ways to help people, and adjust actions concerning others’ actions.Friendly, Energetic and Professional25-35 years old
