Job Description : Parent Relations & Administration – female only.Freshers are welcome. You must be living in Bangalore.A people lover, outgoing, amicable personality, hates tied to a desk all day long, can handle multiple tasks and see them to completion, does that sound like you?You will be primarily responsible for all member relations and communication regarding fees, and other activities related to the Academy. You will be helping new members to register for the classes. You will be incharge of maintaining cordial relations with the members. You will be required to follow up with current members for fees, ensuring they are collected before the deadlines. You will manage the member’s database ensuring data accuracy and completeness. You will handle phone calls and emails from students and parents and all matters are dealt with professionally and swiftly.You will be working closely with the Principal and Ballet Teachers , drafting circulars and sometimes handling secretarial responsibilities for the Principal, Miss. Yana Lewis. You will also interact with the Dance in Education programme coordinators in the International schools like TISB and Indus. The first half the day starts in our main office near Ulsoor Lake a.k.a HQ and the later second half in one of our 7 centres around the city for a couple of hours before you call it a day.Having a bike of your own will definitely help you zip around to the classes rather than using the public buses.
