Job Description : We’re looking for an organized Finance Clerk to join our growing team at our company. The Finance Clerk will work closely with our finance team and operations personnel.What will you be doing ?Assisting with administrative tasks such as filling out forms, filing, Copy, scan and store documentsEnsuring that the financial office supplies are maintained.Assisting with preparing and processing financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices.Organizing financial records like invoices and verifying their accuracyStore all paperwork in designated places securing the important documentsPerforming other duties as requiredWhat are we looking for?Basic Computer skills and Hands on experience of working with google sheets and docs.Flexible to work for all branches of the organizationAbility to meet deadlines.Ability to handle confidential information.Strong organizational and time management skills.Regular attendance and punctuality.Driving skills are required (2 Wheeler or 4 Wheeler)Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices would be an advantageLanguages Known: Telugu and English BasicsWork location: Currently Hyderabad. Should be flexible to work in any Company’s office locations when needed.Working days: 6 days a weekJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹180,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftLanguage:Telugu (Required)
