Job Description : Freelancer-Temporary Data Entry Assistant (Only for AU Graduates and Undergrad-students)Job Title: Data Entry Assistant (Freelancer- Temporary)Only for Ajman University Graduates and Undergraduate students*Office: Office of Marketing and CommunicationThe following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so qualified.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In close coordination with the Head of Contact Center, the Freelancer will be:Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.Guide and help the new students in opening their files online through AU Web Page.Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.Qualifications and Skills: This position is only for Ajman University Graduates or Undergraduate students.Can work full-time shifts if needed.Familiar with AU Colleges, majors, activities, AU rankingAcademic Excellence is preferredVery good communication skillsGood command of English languageNo. of Vacancy: 8Duration of Work: 3 people: From 4th of April till the end of September 20225 people: Beginning of July till the end of September 2022Job Type: Temporary
