They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so qualified.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In close coordination with the Head of Contact Center, the Freelancer will be:The first point of contact for new students, parents, visitors and other customers; and to deal with their requests and inquiries as appropriate.Welcoming and assisting new students, parents and guests that visits the Sheik Zayed Center.Assisting in the admission and registration process.Liaising with the Admission and Registration Office, College and other Offices ensuring that student-related processes are correctly followed and accurate records are kept.Qualifications and Skills: This position is only for Ajman University Graduates or Undergraduate students.Can work full-time shifts if needed.Familiar with AU Colleges, majors, activities, AU rankingAcademic Excellence is preferredVery good communication skillsGood command of English languageNo. of Vacancy: 2Duration of Work: From 4th of April till the end of September 2022Job Type: Temporary
