Division specifics about the graduate role:
Our enhanced 2-year IPB Programme structure provides for enhanced client focus, greater clarity on career pathing and structured learning. What do we mean by that? During the first year you will focus on learning about Advisory and Sales and spend time with the respective teams. Along with this you will receive online training in areas such as Chief Investment Office and Lending supplemented by our online training modules and the potential opportunity for supplementary virtual job shadowing / session with our Singapore team (TBC). There will also be the opportunity to work with the Business Management team and learn more about this function within Wealth Management. This will work to give you a broad-based overview of different areas of wealth management. During the second year you will have the chance to work alongside our Advisory and Sales team and continue to specialize in this area. By developing individual solutions, you can master your analytical, communication and advisory skills and gain extensive experience in dealing with demanding clients, both internal and external. The specific tasks that you deal with will depend on your role within the team. You will be trained by the best, evolve professionally as well as personally, and build a firm foundation for your career progression.
