Job Description
Job Purpose:
To provide the required services, technical support and solutions to facilitate proper functioning of Hand Held Terminals enabling Van Sales Representatives to execute their job efficiently
Principal Accountability:

Coordinate with the Van Sales Operation team to create an effective Van Sales Routing

Collect Credit Application Forms from Sales Rep, and keep a record of the same and send to management for approval to facilitate sales and collection processes

Build and maintain customers account database to support operations

Coordinate with IT Division for any technical issue related to hand held terminals (HHT) to ensure proper functioning of the salesmen

Prepare Daily Sales Report and send to division for analysis

Update promotions & regular stocks in the system to enable sales person to sell the goods

Follow up with warehouse to ensure availability of sufficient stock in warehouses to fill in load orders

Print bar codes, price lists, & product details of all new stock keeping units (sku) to be handed over to the sales team

Keep a track of all the free of costs (FOC) goods & provide details to prepare debit notes (DN) to be sent and paid by supplier companies,

Prepare, update, and send collection reports on a daily basis

Provide all the required data to Division Manager for producing ad-hoc management reports as needed
Requirements
Degrees & Education: Diploma

Knowledge & Experience: 1 -2 years of experience on a related field

Advanced MS Office

Good communication skills (English Language – oral and written)

Able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.

Ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time period

Working knowledge on Oracle
