Job Description : Job Information:
Lead management from first contact to engagement;
Use of the Salesforce CRM and the proprietary CC-Suite platform;
Creditworthiness analysis and assessment;
Consultancy on the services offered with presentation of the most suitable solution for the customer;
Collaborate with the Operations Team and the Marketing Team, in order to contribute to the improvement of business processes.
Job Requirements:
Having gained a first experience, including internships, in similar roles;
Good knowledge of the English language;
Excellent communication skills and good predisposition to negotiation and consultancy with a view to achieving the goal.
