Job Description : Hotel Manager
Under the general direction of the General Manager within the limits of established Accor and Rixos Hotel Policies and Procedures, you will oversee and direct the day to day operations of the property and maintains the overall efficiency of standards set. You will promote a positive work environment at all times.

What you will be doing:
The Hotel Manager leads and supervises all relevant activities within all departments of his/her hotel operation. He/she is mainly responsible for the commercial results of his/her operation. He/she always keeps close contact with the General Manager and co-ordinates relevant activities to improve commercial and other results. This always with due regard to execution and maintenance of Rixos Hotel’s operational policies and standards, international and domestic.
He/she ensures that the hotel consistently disposes of an adequate, motivated and skilled personnel at all levels. He/she personally cares about the Management Development within his/her area of responsibility, encourages and evaluates candidates on a regular basis.
He/she also acts politically as the local “Ambassador” for Rixos in maintaining good and regular relations with the owners or the representatives of the owning company. He/she copies his/her supervisor with all written correspondence in this regard to keep him/her posted.
In performing these duties he/she shall at all times maintain good relations with his/her supervisor, the Department Heads as well as the local authorities and other key persons

Your experience and skills include:
Master Degree or Diploma in vocational hospitality, 10 – 15 years experience in a similar role
Middle East experience in a 5 star Hotel
