Job Description : We are currently looking for Hotel Receptionist for one of our properties in UAE. Only shortlisted and qualified applicants will be contacted by HR Department.Welcome guests in a polite and friendly mannerPerform check-in quickly and efficiently, according to the Hotel StandardsTo be familiar with the walk-in guest procedures.To insure that the room billing method is completed as per hotel procedure.To show guests to their room when required in a pleasant manner, informing them of the facilities of the room and hotel, and ensuring that their luggage will be delivered by the bellboy as soon as possible.To be familiar with the facilities of the hotel and their times of operationTo answer all telephone calls in three rings with appropriate greeting note.To answer guest or telephone queries supplying the correct information.To take, input and amend any reservation as required, assuring all reservations will be guaranteed.QUALIFICATIONS:- With hospitality experience- At least 1 year experience in Front OfficeJob Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:Hotel: 1 year (Preferred)Opera: 1 year (Preferred)Front Office: 1 year (Preferred)
