Job Description : Hiring a recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring.Responsibilities· HR Recruiter develop and update job descriptions and job specifications· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Job Portals newspapers etc· Involved in posting job openings to generate applications, scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring managers.· Handle the bulk of resume screening and job applications and make initial contact with candidates.· Source and recruit candidates by using databases social media etc· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools methods to filter candidates within schedule· Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes· Presenting job offers and coordinating start dates for new hires.Requirements:· Proven work experience as a Recruiter.· Hands-on experience with various selection processes and reference checks.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Bachelor’s degree· Excellent communication skills· Email and telephone etiquette· Organized and focused· Trustworthy and hardworkingJob Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:UAE: 3 years (Preferred)Language:Arabic (Required)
