Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To monitor Employee Engagement arranging the monthly social events and activities as per the agreed annual calendar.
To arrange Employee Relations proactively engaging and bonding with the employees and using the information to come up with innovative and effective ideas for employee relations, retention and benefits.
To ensure Human Resources Administration of all employee’s files are kept up-to-date at all times and that filing is done weekly in order to comply with the HR standards and audit.
To ensure New Joiners’ Process is in place, provide a warm welcome to the Team Players on their first day and follow through with the onboarding schedule.
To ensure all team player Leavers’ Process is smooth and provides the needed support to the employees and the department.
To Assist the Payroll and Finance with monthly attendance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Desired Skill & Expertise:
Bachelor’s Degree in Admin or HR Related field.
Previous HR Intern experience in the UAE is preferred.
