Experience Requirement:
Upscale/ Desert Resort current experience.
Strong Leadership, strong personality
Pre-opening /rebranding
Overseas experience
Service minded and guest
In-depth knowledge in areas of staffing and employment
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Strong understanding of employment laws

Responsibilities:
Establish an HR department that facilitates the whole talent life cycle – acquisition, training, performance management, succession planning, and further development.
Enhance the organizational process to ensure growth
Work with line managers to implement KPIs to reflect employees’ appraisals
Implement the HR processes across the group
Manage and administer company relations in accordance with Compliance
Act as both a liaison and an advisor on HR issues to staff and management
Lead by example to maintain an open dialogue between employees, management, and HR
Assess training needs, design new learning and development programmes, and evaluate the success and impact of the training programs
