Ltd. is happy inviting CVs and application for the position of Independent Sr. Accountant (MALE) to be recruited within the organization and announcing the required job role and responsibility essential for the role as bellow:Responsibilities and Duties· Handling Accounting & Petty Cash and all sorts of Billing Documents.· Costing, Auditing and Managing Funds as And When Needed· Separate Project Costing Estimation And Record Maintenance.· Daily Entries in Tally, Excel and Recording in MIS if needed.· General E-Mail Correspondence & Handling Records.· Assisting In Company Tasks.· GST, Balance Sheet, Audit, Taxation, Finance Administration, Inventory Management, Tally and Accounting Practice.· Coordinating Office Activities and Operations to Secure Efficiency and Compliance to Company Policies.· Managing Agendas/Travel Arrangement Cost Details In Excel Sheet Etc. For The Records.· Understands and Can Handle Coordination with Organization’s Employees, Management and Vendors for Any Documentation Related Follow-Ups Rigorously.· Aggressive In Meeting The Given Deadlines And Performing Tasks· Coordination Offline And Online With Company Chartered Accountant And Prescribed Bank Official· Ready To Visit To Bank And To Chartered Accountant – CA and to Other Administrative Offices like PF/ ESIC / Taxation and Vendors as And When Required.· Must be Capable of Performing the Task Assigned with a Sense of Urgency.· Can Create And Update All Related Financial Records, Statements and Entries In MIS.· Manage Phone Calls and General Correspondence within and outside the office.
