Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-out Site Supervisor who has an extensive knowledge of MEP & Civil predominantly in the retail sector.Responsibilities & Duties: Managing and overseeing site worksUndertaking surveysChecking technical design and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly prior to submissionsReview and comment on the document submittals, inspection requests and technical querySupervising staff on siteEnsuring project packages meet agreed specifications and deadlinesLiaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially Quantity Surveyors and overall Project ManagerCoordinate with site team and participate in site inspectionsProviding technical advice and solving problems on sitePreparing site reports and filling in other paperworkLiaising with Quantity Surveyors about the ordering of materialsInspection of on-site and off-site materials to be used in the projectEnsuring that health and safety policies are adhered toJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per monthExperience:UAE Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:UAE Driving License (Required)
