Job Description : Skills and Qualification- Below 30 years old- Bachelor of Computer Sciences- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT Support- Good knowledge of Client, servers and networks and security,- Should have sound experience in Windows, Office365, Networks,- Install and Maintenance of computer systems- Technically should have strong skills- Good English Communication & Writing Skills- Serving as the first point of contact seeking technical assistance over the phone or email- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnosis techniques and pertinent questions- Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided- Record events and problems and their resolutions in logs- Follow up and update customer status and informationJob Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:IT Support: 3 years (Required)
