Job Description : Roles & ResponsibilitiesCreate custom workflows, post functions, and validators, make changes to workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance.Create JIRA projects, queries, and reportsResponsible for understanding the current process, gathering requirements, investigating potential solutions, analyzing impact, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing solutions.Interacting with Project Managers, Managers, Developers, Network Engineers and other AdministratorsCreate and maintain technical documentation and user-guidesExcellent CommunicationNice to haveConfigure, manage, and enhance Jira and Confluence tools, including native functionality as well as researching, testing, and implementing plugins.Troubleshoot access and/or performance issuesCreate, manage, and support all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian product suiteEvaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needsUnderstand system architecture of upstream and downstream impacts when implementing solutionsExperience : 1 to 2 YearsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹290,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid sick timeProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusExperience:Jira Administrator: 2 years (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 01/04/2022
