(Work From Office)Designation: Accounts AnalystJob Responsibilites: 1. Contribute ideas towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the tasks2. Verify day to day transactions for the group companies3. Preparing and managing financial analyses and reports.4. Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.5. Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.6. Maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts.7. Assisting with annual audit preparations.8. Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance and reports to the head office9. Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.10. Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.11. Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.12. MIS Reporting: Debtors and creditors aging, sales commission, vehicle expense analysis, head office expenses, project/contract profitability13. Reconciliation: Bank accounts, intercompany, deposits, control accounts, vendor and customer accountsQualification: The preferred candidates for this job are who have worked in CA firm and has experience of managing the finalization of accounts taxation , audits with minimum 1-2 years of experience .Candidates who have done their CA ( Inter ) and left the CA course would be preferred and given preference.CA ( Freshers ) / CA with post qualification experience of 1-2 years in a CA firm will be preferredCandidates should have good communication skills including writing and speaking skills as this job involves discussion with various authorities.He / She should have good understanding of the taxation including recent amendments and developments in the act.Good computer skill is must.
