Job Description : Embark with us for an exciting opportunity to join the Middle-East Store Planning team based in Dubai.
Reporting to the Store Planning Manager, you will be in charge of the Maintenance of the UAE Boutiques.
You will be working closely with the retail team and the contractors.
Your main responsibilities are:Maintain the boutique’s up to the brand’s standardsWork closely with the Store Planning Manager in defining the time schedule for the execution of the maintenance worksOrganize maintenance projects while complying with the Malls and the UAE regulationsEnsure the supervision of the works and follow-up on the different maintenance / renovation phases:
– Request quotation from the suppliers and challenge them
– Assign suppliers to complete the boutique’s maintenance
– Handle local follow up on the local boutique maintenance and update the team on the work progress
– Identify new potential contractorsTake part in the maintenance budget for the UAE Boutiques
In order to succeed in this position:
. You need to have a University degree with a 3 years experience as an Architect or Interior Designer ideally in a Retail environment.
. You need to be independent, have project management skills, high attention to details & a good sense of business to follow up on the budget.
. You need to have good communication and organization skills and be team player.
Skills:
English is a must – French and Arabic are an asset.
AutoCad, Photoshop and Microsoft Office are a must.
