Preparation for a future managerial role or deputy head of department

Training in the various departments of our logistics center and in the entire logistics process including the warehouse management system

Introduction to efficient personnel management and leadership

Participation in exciting logistics projects as part of the realignment of the location

Representation of executives m/f/d and department heads m/f/d up to independent order management

Job Requirements:
Completed training in logistics with further qualification
Professional experience in logistics, ideally with some management experience
Assertiveness, confident demeanor and fun working with people
Willingness to change and prudent cost awareness
Pronounced understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
Structured, goal-oriented way of working
