Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities
What is the expectation from the candidate’s current role/profile?
Overall 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of SF admin experience
An experienced Salesforce administrator (Internal Support: create/maintain users, fields, objects, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, approval processes,Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, etc).
Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Strong understanding ofSalesforce.com best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
Experience assisting in data cleanup and migration efforts
Keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
Develop or fine-tune reports so they yield meaningful metrics
Experience in refining sharing rules and access privileges so records can be properly viewed and manipulated
Advanced skills in Salesforce, Power Point, Excel, Office 365/Skype, and Word
Ability to problem-solve job-related issues.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information regarding company financial and other
information.
A natural communicator who knows how to translate between business requests and Salesforce technical requirements.
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
Working knowledge to expert in implementing large scale IT solutions
Working knowledge of integration of Force.com with other Enterprise solutions
Working knowledge of IT platforms, processes and business integration including external vendors and IT outsourcing
