Job Summary
Key responsibilities and duties include: ¿ Work with internal teams to prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents and reports, including security operations KPIs, standard procedures and process documentation. ¿ Write user friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience ¿ Produce high quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience Preferred Experience & Skills: ¿ Proven working experience in technical documentation ¿ Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail ¿ Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures ¿ Excellent written skills in English. (Japanese is a plus) ¿ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office ¿ Contribute to doc standards, including participating in peer editing. ¿ Ability to manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously.
