Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Learning and Development Intern to join our team. The role involves analysis, database maintenance and creation of dashboards, research and content writing and the updation and maintenance of the group wide LMS platform.
Candidates should be
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of learning content suitable for the organisation
Ensure all learning content is aligned in agreed branding, look and feel
Provide creative suggestion to system and content design
Ensure learning platform is up to date with all relevant materials
Convert any new or existing materials to the correct format
Liaise with HR team (and system) to ensure all personnel information is up to date
The internship is for 6 months (full time) with flexible hours.

Ability to easily familiarize themselves with a variety of software programs
