Role Purpose:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for monitoring all aspect of supply chain ensuring timely delivery of shipments from the supplier to the warehouses & various destination. The role is also responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders and reporting the service provider’s performance and business KPIs.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Customer
Coordinate with service provider to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments from source to destination thus meeting the business requirements.
Monitor order fulfillment of daily replenishments, launches, returns, deliveries and highlight any discrepancy or issue related to the orders and deliveries.
Ensuring that the services providers meet or exceeds the SLA and the agreed KPIs.
Share the forecasts of future intakes and manage the capacity of the service providers to meet our business needs.
Address and escalate shipment, warehouse, inventory issues and incidents such as damages, discrepancies, and delays to line manager.
Prepare and maintain KPI reports (WH performance, service provider performance, shipment tracking, etc.) and report to line manager on regular basis.
Update the performance tracker (contract vs actual) regularly and raise the flag in case of any variance.
Raise PR/PO and submit billing invoices in relevant systems and make sure all payments are processed by FSSC on time.
Identify areas of improvements in processes to strengthen our operational excellence.
Responsible for maintaining a healthy stock integrity in our system Vs the physical stock by following the business processes.
Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
Responding to all customer inquiries and providing relevant updates and timely information to all stakeholders.
Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with the 3PL and service provider to ensure that MAF Deliverables are met.

Experience
2-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain and logistics or related industry
