Job Description : Job Information:
Collect and check the completeness of data
Format documents (Excel / Word)
Investigate the files by checking the legal and administrative regularity and prepare the various response letters: response to appeals, letter for referral to the disciplinary session
Participate in the computer entry and monitoring of the training offer in specific digital tools
Participate in the development and dissemination of information on the website and intranet for teachers, administrative staff and users: procedures, documents, materials, etc.
Organize, feed and update various databases, for example databases concerning exams, scholarships, etc.
Develop current statistics from the database
Respond to dematerialized requests received by the service
Job Requirements:

Administrative management experience

College Degree

Contract length
12 months
