Job Description : Duties and Responsibilities
– To plan the preventive maintenance schedule and execute it on a daily, weekly, monthly and annually.
– Reduce the breakdown hours by preventive maintenance.
– Minimize the spare parts consumption expense.
– To prepare monthly and weekly maintenance report.
– To keep control over the man hours.
– To ensure that machines does not troubleshoot after breakdown works/preventive maintenance works.
– To keep track of available spare parts by coordinating with the storekeeper.
Accountability
– For any breakdown hours with the machinery
– For excess man hours of maintenance personals.
– For excess spare parts consumption with maintenance.
– For delays in preventive maintenance work.
