Job Description : · Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded· Update accounts receivable and issue invoices· Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations· Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines· Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned· Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed· Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports· Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings· Assist with other accounting projects· Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.· Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.· Monthly GST Working.· Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors· Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing· Daily Stock maintains.· Handling petty Cash Records.· Send Quotation and Purchase Order by Busy software as per order.· Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly· Handling to all Sales Tax & Income Tax work like C, H, and Forms Issue from the Sales Tax Department.· Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting· Prepare Salary Statement, PF Account, Worker Salary, Daily wages for Worker· Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.· Tally Erp.· Fixed assets recognitions,Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹13,468.00 – ₹50,532.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Dhasarpatty, Dharapuram – 642203, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 10 years (Preferred)CA: 8 years (Preferred)total work: 10 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Chartered Accountant (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
