Job Description :
Developing and implementing finance SOPs & controls
Audit & due diligence coordination
Business planning-
a) Work closely with businesses for budgeting exercise and help in the development of plans
b) Prepare and analyze quarterly/ monthly/ mid-monthly MIS.
c) Proactively provide analysis/insights on variances
d) Implement and work with requisite automation tool and dashboard reporting
Financial planning-
a) Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
b) Prepare presentations and present to senior management team
Ad- hoc reporting and analysis

Criteria :
3- 5 years of post qualification experience
Prior experience of FP&A and controls environment exposure in professionally managed companies.
Qualified Chartered Accountants, other candidates with relevant prior experience may also be considered.
Good communication skills
Proactive self-starter
Strong analytical skills
