Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a motivated Financial Planning & Analysis professional to support the Hyderabad and Gdansk (Poland) hub. This position will be based out of Hyderabad and will report to the Finance Controller.
Specific responsibilities for this position include:
Lead financial planning & analysis activities which include, but are not limited to, analysis of monthly and quarterly financial results, preparation and consolidation of monthly financial forecasts, development and consolidation of annual business plan, preparation for monthly and quarterly plan reviews, and general financial analysis in support of business objectives (cost and expense analysis, identification of risks and opportunities, balance sheet analysis, etc.)
Manage the Capital Expenditure planning and approval processes including financial evaluation of the said projects
Evaluate productivity targets, propose improvement areas and partner with the local business leaders on actions to drive toward these goals
Provide support by producing accurate and timely materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews and presentations
Develop and maintain standard results and forecast reports
Respond to questions and requests from WHQ / RHQ for information on financial results and forecasts
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:
Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance / Post Graduation in Finance or Accounting required
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
6+ years’ experience in financial planning & analysis position
Previous experience in a large, global organization is preferred
Strong business acumen and demonstrated analytical thinking ability, strong organization & process management skills
Knowledge of finance practices & foreign exchange rates highly preferred
Effective communication / presentation skills required
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint must) and working knowledge of ERPs like SAP, Oracle, HFM is highly preferred
Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and across functions
