Manager, Global Alliances Marketing and Communications
We are looking for a passionate alliance marketer with a strong understanding of professional services and technology. A team player and a strategic thinker who can build relationships with the alliances marketing leaders and build campaigns that align to business goals. A self-starter who can weigh-in on creating compelling content and recommend an optimum channel mix to activate our campaigns in the marketplace to drive return on investment (ROI).
An individual who can potentially nurture junior marketers and lead by example to drive high-performance from peers. What matters most is, what you have done, and how that speaks to what you can do.
The team
Deloitte Global Alliances Marketing creates and coordinates high impact global marketing campaigns to position Deloitte technology services in markets around the world. These multifaceted marketing campaigns are designed to enhance Deloitte brand eminence, reaching a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including clients, media, government, non-government organizations, industry influencers, and the internal Deloitte network, jointly with our top alliance partners globally.
The Marketing Manager will work with Deloitte alliance marketing leaders to translate the alliance’s business goals into integrated marketing campaigns and performance KPIs for the team. The individual in this role understands strategic imperatives, services, and market offerings relevant to the businesses and clients, and will drive marketing programs for the global alliance portfolio. The individual will build relationships with key stakeholders, and define and manage roles, responsibilities, and performance of the marketing team.

Work you’ll do Work with global alliance marketing leaders and team as a strategic advisor to support marketing priorities, goals, and KPIs for the business Partner with the global alliance marketing team to create and present marketing programs and campaign plans to leadership and the collaborating teams—D.com, Social Media, Intranet, Global PR, and Communications Collaborate with key relationship managers, alliance, and sales teams to develop integrated alliance marketing campaigns to achieve Deloitte and partner pipeline goals through marketing automation, events, thought leadership, collateral, and digital marketing Contribute to annual planning conversations and make recommendations based on market and competitor assessment and learnings from historical campaign performance Understand strategic marketing objectives and work with global alliance marketing stakeholders to define realistic and measurable campaign activations; Support the development and execution of the global marketing strategy and campaign, including internal communications, content and channel strategy, content marketing, digital marketing channels (web, social, email), and event marketing Acts as a subject matter expert for the business marketers, share best practices, create reusable templates, and standardize operations Track campaign performance against benchmarks and broader business goals, recommend course corrections, and offer options to enhance campaign performance Maintain project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution of programs with reporting and tracking of leads; consult and collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define requirements and expected results
Oversee team’s daily operations and performance and conduct periodic reviews with marketing leaders
Qualifications Master’s Degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related fields 9-15 years of experience in a marketing communications role; experience in alliances marketing would be preferred
Strong business acumen and an ability to strategize and drive integrated marketing programs
Experience with alliances or partner marketing programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in talent/resource building, coaching, and performance management
Good understanding of reporting and analytics tools, such as Tableau and/or MS Power BI to help enhance reporting/dashboard experience and create stronger impact stories
Ability to work cohesively across time zones and with global teams
Must be open to traveling internationally once or twice a year
