How to contribute to our vision
You have a deep technical understanding and experience in Process Planning and Manufacturing guidelines and procedures, and develops and implements related processes, methods and tools.
Ensures process documentation.
You are familiar with working in large matrix organizations and able to handle many tasks and interfaces simultaneously
Managing the technical office that reports cross-functionally to the the different departments of Manufacturing Engineering (Nacelles, Towers, Blades and Technology & Standards)
Securing alignment on tasks and priorities with the modules
Involvement and support in technical solutions and reviews
Ensuring timely quality deliveries to projects
Task and resource management within the team
Developing the engineers and technicians of the team as well as the role of the department on a continuous basis.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
Level of English: C1 (both written and spoken)
Studies: Master´s degree in Engineering/Management (preferable)
Experience: more than 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Technical Office coordination roles.
Availability for travelling
Able of following processes and procedures and ensure compliance and quality assurance.
A person able to work proactively, with excellent leadership skills.
