Roles and Responsibilities
Role: Sox audit & Internal control
Role Purpose
Strengthen IFC framework by evolving existing set up
Implement Sox in eligible processes and review and evolve controls
Review Sox processes testing controls
Ensure quarterly certification to the Board Audit committee on Sox certifications
Ensure Schedule 13 / 14 reporting and related controls
Key Accountability
Sox testing and failure correction
Submit timely reports to Audit committee on quarterly / annual basis
Interact with Statutory auditors for certifications
Create awareness and support for Sox related activity
