About the job
The gCare team is responsible for all support and services for customers across our entire ad products. We help our customers get the most out of our ad and publisher products and guide them when they need help.
You will lead a team of specialists across APAC countries supporting our Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization. You will be responsible for the delivery management and escalation paths of work across Search, Video, Programmatic, Commerce and Apps, you will also have the overall responsibility of representing services to LCS leaders internally.
You will oversee mentoring of teams that use consultative skills to understand advertisers’ needs and deliver measurable solutions. You will work with the Business Leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. You will help Business Managers drive their teams to deliver on goals, and partner with clients to exceed business growth across markets.
In addition, you will be responsible for designing service strategy that will impact most of LCS, ensuring global coordination on deployment, evaluating impact, and continuing to evolve the service strategy based on needs of customers and feedback from business partners.

Responsibilities
Lead the specialists teams that provide customer objectives for clients in the region and specialist support for the rest of LCS, and provide cross-product media solutions for the accounts/advertisers.
Partner with the business and Go-to-market (GTM) team to define focus around customer interventions and goals. Deliver on product adoption goals, provide opportunities that enable business growth pipeline for the LCS team in the region, and provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
Partner on activation and adoption of gCare services.
Develop, execute, and drive services and service constructs in partnership with GTM.
Help drive problem-solving and thought partnership that leads to development and growth of the team.
