Job Description : Position: Business Development AssociateCompany: Real Estate Company & Guest Management PlatformSalary: Up to AED 6,000Benefits: Annual ticket and medical insuranceJob Description:We are looking for a hands-on, highly driven individual, who will help:Increase the occupancy of rental units in Sharjah using different marketing/sales strategies, including (but not limited to):Conducting research on the property market and competitorsManaging the websitePosting online listings on property portals and social mediaCreating marketing materialsGenerating leads through word-of-mouth and other sourcesManaging a sales databaseImprove tenant retention by building a strategic relationship with tenants and handling complaints in a timely mannerDrive the expansion of property management servicesLead on the technical development and marketing of a guest management projectRequirements:Knowledge of property portals such as Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut and PropspaceProficient with website management and social media channelsExperienced in IT Project Management or UI/UX designStrong with Email Correspondence, WhatsApp, and other forms of correspondenceWell-informed of the real estate market in the UAEBachelor’s degree in a related field2 + years’ relevant work experience in the real estate sectorExcellent negotiation skillsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):Are you knowledgeable in property portals such as Dubizzle, Property Finder Bayut, Propspace, posting on Facebook Groups and other social media channels?Do you have any experience in Real Estate sector?
