Job Description : Job BriefWe are looking for an MBA candidate to co-ordinate marketing department of our fast evolving Jewellery business. Candidate should have experience in digital marketing, E-Commerce marketing including hands on experience of BTL activities.Company KRA Jewellers is the only Jewellery retail company in India practicing Japanese philosophy of Lean management for the last 12 years. With 9 showrooms in Maharashtra, we are setting our foot on ecommerce platform along with expansion of physical stores. KRA is renowned as a family jeweler, as generations of customers continue to patronize our showrooms. The core of our belief system is quality, respect for people, customer orientation, following standards, believing in team work and continual improvement called Kaizen.ResponsibilitiesØ Coordinate and manage digital campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.Ø Coordinate marketing activities for E-Commerce platform.Ø Analyze customer and sales data from ERP and Google Analytics and Power BIØ Develop training material for sales force.Ø Conduct training at various showrooms.Ø Identify and implement BTL activities at showroom level.RequirementExperience as a marketing executive in similar activities, preferably in a retail chain company.1-2 years of experience.MBA in Marketing ManagementWell versed with Microsoft ExcelLanguage- Marathi, English, Hindi.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceLeave encashmentLife insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payYearly bonusEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
