We are looking for a reliable and honest Admin / CSR that is able to work on weekends if needed.Responsibilities:- Able to work well with others- Able to work on your own- Excellent verbal communication skills- Customer service skills- Able to use a computer and the main software packages- Calling customers, answering the phone- Able to work well with others- Able to work on your own- Excellent verbal communication skills- Customer service skills competently- Preparing, organizing, and storing information to the database- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email- Arranging travel and accommodation- Arranging post and deliveries- Taking minutes at meetings- Typing up letters and reports- Updating computer records using a databaseRequirements:- reliable computer / laptop- reliable and fast internet- located in an area that has a minimal power outage-Highly skilled in Graphic designing/ web designing and familiar with landing pages-Proven experience in digital marketing.-Must have experience in Email Marketing-In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.-Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.-Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹29,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftApplication Question(s):Diploma/Advanced DiplomaExperience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
