Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to adapt communications to specific audiences.

Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate with marketing, product, and design on a wide range of digital marketing projects
Partner with our K-8 Enrichment team to drive the growth and high-quality execution of our StarCourses, Camps, and Clubs and any new initiatives
Ideate and produce creative ad assets for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube) and Programmatic display by repurposing and sourcing photography, video, vector graphics, and other forms of content.
Demonstrate strong cross-capability and cross-functional collaboration skills with internal teams and key corporate partners, including external agencies.
Effectively and impartially navigate teams with conflicting priorities through creative problem solving and decision making that keeps project teams motivated to overcome high-pressure situations and ensure the best results.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Maximize resources and drive efficiency in a constrained environment
Track critical tasks to ensure they are completed and approved by required deadlines
Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner
Remain flexible to changing priorities and exhibit comfort with ambiguity
All other duties as assigned
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 1 – 3 years in Designing for marketing purposes( Required )
Graduation: Bachelor’s Degree( Required )
Proficient in English( Required )
