Job Description : Position Overview
Replicon is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist who will be responsible for timely and flawless delivery of marketing automation projects and marketing campaigns. The person will be primarily required to assist in the creation of a variety of marketing campaign assets (including but not limited to emails, target lists, forms, landing pages, webinars), manage and QA those, and deploy marketing programs using marketing automation and associated tools. This position will report into Senior Manager of Marketing Technology.
Responsibilities
Take operational ownership of email and webinar campaign plans
Create and configure marketing assets in HubSpot (target lists, segmentations, email templates, landing pages, workflows, forms)
Coordinate with extended marketing teams to ensure forms, landing pages etc. are QAed and deployed live without errors
Manage live webinar production – play the role of the webinar host using GotoWebinar
Build and manage marketing campaign reports and dashboards after compiling data from different systems and communicate campaign metrics effectively to stakeholders
Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably with a technology company
Clear understanding of modern digital marketing tactics, tools, processes, and best practices
Excellent knowledge of any of the following campaign management and marketing automation platforms – Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Silverpop, HubSpot
Experience of coordinating and producing live webcasts and webinars, using Webex, GotoWebinar or similar tools
Experience of working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com)
Understanding of HTML, CSS and web-applications in general
High level of organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and ‘hands-on’ approach
Ability to consistently deliver high quality work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency MS Excel spreadsheet, data management, and reporting skills
Ability to quickly learn new tools, and adapt to new processes
Flexible to work in North American shift timings
