Job Description : Job Summary

As Marketo Certified Administrator at BatchService, you will be responsible for implementing new processes, improving current processes and marketing, sales and revenue reporting tools in Salesforce. You are forward thinking, continually looking for key insights that can help achieve future goals, and passionate about process design and continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with operating company marketing teams to understand current marketing automation needs and engage in envisioning new strategies and potential solutions.
Lead multi-functional projects and maintain detailed action plans to launch new marketing automation solutions in a timely manner.
Implement system solutions within the marketing technology stack and Salesforce. Collaborate with Salesforce admins on CRM solutions.
Conduct testing and lead user acceptance testing to ensure the systems implemented achieve the business objectives.
Train end users on new system solutions.
Familiarity with other sales and CS tools, including marketing and email automation, lead generation, SEO and enablement tools.
Experience with business requirements documentation and analysis, modeling business practices, and presenting complex ideas.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Marketo integration.
A thorough understanding of traditional B2B sales, opportunity lifecycle management, quote to cash process and forecasting.

Skills and Qualifications
Min. 5+ years Marketo as a power user in a fast-paced tech/SaaS/PaaS company
Analytical mindset with the ability to dissect significant amounts of data and turn it into meaningful insights
Strong communication skills (esp. with key stakeholders) to translate data into actionable instructions
Intimate knowledge of the client lifecycle and how SalesOps can optimize Sales, Marketing & Client Success
Experience setting up programs related to new business, upsells and renewals
Expert in making data-driven decisions and recommendations with the information available at the time
