Job Description
More than 10 years experience in SEM or cross-channel performance marketingMust have experience in Client Management with multiple accountsShould have handled a team of 15+ leadsOperations and process management for all channelsStreamline processes for all channelsWorking with SMEs
– Running analysis, data cleansing – on staff, account profitability, etc.
– Record keeping – being involved in partnerships with clients, platforms. E.g. LinkedInAccessing the platforms and tools efficiency and recommending new platformsResource managementPlan, lead and monitor quarterly business reviewsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the digital media industry. Agency experience is a must.
Ability to drive strategic discussion with senior client stakeholders.
Have an excellent understanding of online media strategy, planning, implementation, and optimizations
Have strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to Campaigns Performance objectives, providing a basis for measurement of the digital activities
Have outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify, and resolve problems
Have proven experience managing a large team and a fast growing business.
