Project Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities : 1 HP Thin client Support 2 Change management problem management 3 Major incident management 4 Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business
Technical Experience : 1 Must have Very Good experience on HP Thin Client support Manage 2 HPDM tool Management 3 Think Client Image Management 4 Firmware upgrades testing Distribution 5 Thin client provisioning/re-imaging 6 Policy modification/creation 7 Thin client break fix 8 Capability to handle apple error further diagnostic, provide the necessary solution 9 Troubleshooting Outlook and other software installations 10 Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating system
Professional Attributes : 1-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication 2-Flexible to work in 24×7 Shifts 3-Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business
Educational Qualification : BE
