Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of applications and features, where integration to SAP is a business and technical requirement for integration with MicroStrategy
Be an authority on SAP-related topics, software integration and provide leadership in this area
Provide technical direction in development of solutions related to SAP and analytics
Proactively participate in every aspect of the entire project lifecycle of feature development, including input on specifications, designs, implementation, test design, test implementation, optimization, and delivery along with project team and business team.
Research new tools, techniques, and processes for effective support of the development process
Communicate cross-functionally and drive efforts
Be a deep subject matter expert, and have strategic influence on multiple and cross functional teams
Enable teams to measurably and significantly improve their quality and productivity through process improvement sustained by a best-in-class development environment of tools, systems, services, and networks

Offer proposed design changes/suggestions to processes and products, and work closely with development leaders, product managers and business team in determining future directions in releases systems and processes
Provide expertise in design, development and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics

Work with technical resources to design and model the data warehouse systems. Assist in developing BI reporting and analysis applications.
Provide optimal and cost-effective solutions to business teams in achieving business
Conduct business meetings with customers to determine project requirements and
Assist and coordinate with Project Managers in developing project plan including budgets, timelines and
Review the project information to identify the risks and opportunities and present it to the key
Analyse the business performance and develop reports on performance
Develop positive working relationship with customers and other department staffs.
Stay updated with ongoing business developments and latest market
Will work in Agile environment

Eligibility

Candidate should have a minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Must have good experience/understanding of database programming, data modelling, and data warehouse concepts
Must have experience in Microstrategy (version 10 and greater) Dynamic dashboard and report development, schema object development, Multi-Sourcing, Intelligent Cubes and other Application Objects that support scalable and optimized use of ad hoc elements and analytical dashboards
Hands on experience with MicroStrategy Enterprise, Command and Object Manager; iServer Administration, OLAP and Report Services
Strong knowledge of data mining techniques with a deep understanding of statistical and precative analysis functions
Has led and mentored Microstrategy development teams
Strong communication skills in oral, written and presentations with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations
Thrives in a highly dynamic business environment providing direct support to business users
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a time sensitive environment, under pressure, and execute against established deadlines
Demonstrate strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches
