Job Description : The right person have spent at least 15+ years selling a range of solutions from leading ERP solutions like SAP and Oracle to Microsoft products / services to infrastructure solutions like VMWare.
Ideally have in depth knowledge of infra products of any major cloud provider (preferably AWS but can be other from leading hyperscalers too)
Have demonstrated experience in developing GTM strategies, leading specialist sales teams, and large sales targets
Should have demonstrated an ability to work in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders·
Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations is key.
Technical degree is required.
Job summary
Come and join the AISPL Specialist Services team – and help our India customers realize the value of our cutting edge services to help customers migrate to the cloud, including modernizing MS based apps, SAP migration / modernization on the cloud and using VMCA (VMWare Cloud on AWS) to rapidly but safely migrate 100s of apps to the cloud. These services are collectively referred to as Migration Related Services. As the Migration Services Leader within AISPL, you would lead a high performance team of Business Development Specialists to help our customers shape their futures using our Migration Services.
You would use your business savvy to drive BD programs, and the identification of new markets and opportunities. You would work directly with the most interesting and demanding customers and partners to understand their requirements and turn them into reality using our ever widening migration related services portfolio. Working hand in hand with market/industry segment teams, and functional teams including solution architects, you would lead the growth of our migration related services business, and help deliver the finest solutions based on our migration related services, be it lift and shift migrations using VMCA or modernization of the Microsoft OS / DB underlying legacy apps or migrating SAP and building cutting edge solutions around it.
Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will allow you to lead and enable other team members to evangelize our migration related services with our customers, and valued partners. You will synthesize data and information gathered from these engagements into succinct findings, derive strategic insights and persuasively communicate findings and perspectives to product, generalist BD teams, and other leaders. Such insights will also help you drive campaigns to generate demand and progress leads rapidly.
The ideal candidate will possess a business background that enables them to drive engagements at the CxO/VP level, as well as having sufficient technical depth to easily interact with software practitioners. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about the business, servives, and technical challenges, with their ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-functionally to build consensus. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness in experimentation is a must.

Key job responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the AISPL Specialist team in helping to drive AISPL marketing, business development, and technical strategies for Migration related services in India
Drive the India GTM plans for migration related services with the help of a talented team, which including the extended support teams is 10+.
Define and size target market segments, customer base, and key partners including resellers, ISVs and system integrators.
Help your team create strategic plans (including GTM, partner strategy, solutioning etc.) for target markets and ensure these plans are in line with the AISPL strategic direction.
Coach the team to develop industry-specific messaging and collateral that effectively communicate the AISPL value proposition for our migration related services
Support your team to execute the strategic plans while working closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. BD, marketing, & partner teams, solution architects, professional services etc.)
Understand the unique business and technical requirements of our customers and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of our product offerings for our largest and most complex customers.
Prepare and present business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks
Build and manage a very high performing team and guide each team member to build their careers at AISPL
Experience with helping bring new solutions to the Indian market
Strong exposure to app development
Good working knowledge and contacts in the Indian partner ecosystem
MBA or equivalent background helpful.
