Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : Provide day to day support for the Network Attached Storage environment NAS array, Azure Files, Azure NetApp FilesFulfill requests for NAS storage as well as troubleshoot/resolve NAS storage alerts/issuesAssist with the forecasting and planning of NAS capacity additions, NAS utilization, and consumptionCoordinate and perform NAS hardware/software installs, configurations and upgradesObject Storage experience is desirable
Technical Experience : Analyze all aspects of the existing infrastructure and recommends modifications that will enhance system reliability, availability, serviceability and scalability Work with teammates, clients and other teams to identify and address systems problems Evaluate new developments and recommend infrastructure modifications Provide in depth consultation to application teams on a variety of different applications Assist in defining standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics
Professional Attributes : 1:Should be able to work in 24/7 rota 2:Should have minimum experience of 36 months 3:Should have good communication skills 4:Should be ready to acquire new skills 5:Should be Flexible to support during OOH
Educational Qualification : Netapp Administration certification Microsoft Azure Certification
