Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Key Responsibilities : a Perform checks for capacity issues on backup server b Configure and troubleshoot backup jobs c Identify amp troubleshoot, Hung long running long queued and slow backups d Perform Tape Assessment, Tape Ejects amp Loads, perform data restoration from backup e Perform Media management and process tapes for offsite storage by coordinating with Vendors f Install and troubleshoot Remote Backup Agent on all the required servers g Manually trigger failed backup jobs, perform checks for capacity issue
Technical Experience : a Must have Skills Veritas Net backup Appliance, Capacity Management b Good to Have Optional Azure Backup, Storage, NetBackup Install and troubleshoot Remote Backup Agent on all the required servers c Manually trigger failed backup jobs d Configure amp Troubleshoot creating Backup Jobs Retentions Policies e Configuration SQL, Oracle Exchange, SharePoint Share and Virtual machine backups
Professional Attributes : a Should work in 24/7 rotational shifts b Good communication skills
Educational Qualification : As per Accenture standards
