THE OPPORTUNITY
Xactly is looking for a stellar individual to manage administrative and facilities and HR for India office.
As an Office and HR Administrator , you’ll be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of an organisation. You’ll ensure that best practices are followed for maximum efficiency and that the most suitable working environment is attained for its employees and their activities. REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proven experience as HR cum admin of 8+yrs
Strong experience in candidate onboarding and exit formalities
Coordinating with the recruiter and the IT for pre joining formalities
Facilitating recruitment drives
Maintain Employee Data.
Basic HR Operations
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Experience in maintaining documents and ensure agreements are signed with prospective vendors/ landowners.
Coordinating with the legal team for vetting agreements.
End to end event management.
Vendor Management, Facility Management
Employee welfare and engagement activities
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skills and good communication skills
Visitors/Hospitality management
Travel desk and local transport
Expat Management
Any graduate with 8+ years of experience in business administration or relative field

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LLLearn the basics of managing overall India office facilitiesManage House Keeping Staff and Security staffVendor Interaction

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL
Working more autonomously and closely with HRHelping troubleshoot issuesContribute new ideas and process to improvement
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Ability to manage end to end front office.
Recruit and train housekeeping/security personnel and allocate responsibilities.
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Manage schedules and follow deadlines for all events
Able to drive events seamlessly.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
