Job Description : Overall office supervisionDress neatly and properly for workOpening and closing the office as per office timings and management guidelinesSupervise the cleaning staff and ensure the office is properly cleaned everydayDeliver and serve lunch, tea, water, and other snacks to team members as per their requirementsPrepare tea and coffee for team membersSanitise the chairs, desks, doorknobs, switches, etc. as requiredDusting and cleaning of furniture, chairs, equipment, etc.Manage the front desk (reception) and welcome any visitor coming to the officeAssist in office tasks required by the team members; like photocopying documents, delivering files and documents to other staff members, dispatching documents, etc.Do tasks given by the company management properly and efficientlyArrange the seats, organize and keep the office in a proper conditionDelivering and collecting documents from various offices/ clientsHaving a two-wheeler is mandatory.
