Job Description : The role
Unibuddy is seeking support with first-line People Operations and Office Management for its Bangalore office and Indian employees (30 employees).
This is a contract role for 6-12 months and you must be based in Bangalore.
Your responsibilities will be…
People Operations
Capture new employee benefit requirements, monitor benefit tracker, and work with finance to ensure it’s filled every month
Capture new employee health insurance details and liaise with the provider to set up employees.
Capture new employee PF fund details and liaise with the vendor.
Assist with onboarding of new starters.
Point of contact for first-line HR matters for Indian employees.
Office Management
Issuing and sending laptops to new starters.
Organise laptop and equipment repairs or replacements, manage the storage of spare equipment.
Send merchandise to new starters.
Support in travel arrangements, social events, and venue booking.
Maintain office inventory and liaise with the buildings manager.
Ad hoc office management duties to keep the office running smoothly.

You have a background in HR or People operations and can support a team of 30 employees with HR matters.
You’re knowledgeable about benefits, PF fund, and salary components.
You’re a great communicator and can liaise with multiple vendors.
You’re highly adaptable, a people person, and team player.
You’re organised and can work to strict deadlines.
You’ve worked in an international environment and communicated with employees globally.
